Has anyone tried sending a “video email” (versus a text based email) when you are direct sourcing candidates?
What if you started using this to brand you and your company instead of using text-based messages?
While we know video provides a more intimate/personal experience, not all mobile devices are equipped to receive it today. But from what we have been experiencing/hearing – the response rates are 2, 3, 4x’s that of text-based.
So even if everyone can’t access it, if the response rate is higher . . . who cares?
Please let me know your thoughts, idea’s, suggestions.
