		<description>Sorry I have to respectfully disagree.  Recruiters are definately not to blame for turnover.  As recruiter/sourcers, the only thing we are really responsible for is serving up the candidates.  It is the hiring managers that decide who to hire and it is the role of HR to make sure they are on boarded properly.</description>
