Continuous Improvement Advisory Services

Continuous Improvement is a journey, not an event.  We will facilitate Quarterly Performance Review Sessions that are critical for developing a ‘Management by Fact’ culture passionate about continuous improvement and life-long learning.

Deliverables include:

  • Retained LEAN Consultant on call for implementation, questions, etc.
  • Bi-weekly calls with a LEAN Consultant to discuss solutions regarding analytics, process improvement, education and sourcing strategies.
  • On-site quarterly analysis of your current state performance against benchmark data with process improvement recommendations.
  • Case study development and promotion within the industry to include publishing articles, conducting webinars and presenting at conferences.
  • Ad hoc industry research and benchmarking services.  
  • Annual resource and capacity planning for projected hiring volume - utilizing the LEAN staffing optimization model.
