  4. Each staff member will have the opportunity to become a LEAN Certified Recruiter.
  5. We implement a 90-day LEAN Behavior Modification Lifecycle required to create a culture passionate about life long learning and continuous improvement. This includes the review of recruitment analytics to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives, as well as ongoing programs based on needs/gap analysis.
