We have benchmarked best practices from the leading process improvement methodologies (TPS/Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints), and created process optimization methodologies specifically designed to develop a LEAN, efficient staffing function.

Deliverables include:

  • Current state analysis of staffing processes and systems workflow (ATS/HRIS systems) for the entire organization compared against industry best practices.
  • Facilitation of our Value Stream Mapping exercise to identify and remove non-value added time from the entire staffing process.
  • Developing a LEAN, efficient, 'customer focused' staffing process including the creation of a formalized Staffing Service Level Agreement.
